Four games guaranteed with entry fee. (Weather permitting).
Eight (8) teams,
Pool Play tournament.
Finals on Sunday.
Players can't turn older than their age bracket before May 1, 2006.

Tournament will be played with four (4) paid teams in each bracket.
During this tournament winning and losing will be acknowledged, but will not be emphasized. Act now to take advantage of our early registration!!!

Field Locations
No fields have been selected for
this tournament at the present time. Field locations will be finalized by
March 15, 2006.
Field locations are subject to change due to weather, field availability and
other unforeseen circumstances beyond Diamond State Baseball Inc.,
control.
Hotels
** Sponsoring Hotels will be available by January 31, 2006.**
HOTEL COORDINATOR : The HOST HOTELS listed on the Diamond State Baseball website have agreed to reserve large numbers of rooms for Diamond State Baseball events because they are TEAM FRIENDLY and look forward to your stay with them. Diamond State Baseball wants all teams to feel welcome, safe and comfortable at the affiliated Host Hotels listed on our website. Anyone having any issues, problems or concerns prior to, during or post their stay at one of our Host Hotels should contact us immediately.
Miscellaneous Information
Event Procedures
1. Diamond State Baseball Membership
Dues - Each team
participating in an Diamond State Baseball Official or Sanctioned event MUST be a licensed
Diamond State Baseball member for that season. This fee is due upon registering & participating in
your teams 1st Diamond State Baseball event (Sanctioned or Official).
2. ONLINE REGISTRATION - Each team must submit an Diamond State Baseball online
registration for this event by logging & registering (payment guarantees
participation) their team for the event.
3. PROOF OF INSURANCE - Each team is REQUIRED to provide PROPER proof of Team
Insurance listing Diamond State Baseball Inc, as an ADDITIONAL INSURED
prior to participating in an Diamond State Baseball event. .
4. ONLINE EVENT ROSTER - Each team is REQUIRED to submit an online EVENT Roster
prior to the start of the event. Instructions -
5. WAIVER RELEASE FORM - Each team is REQUIRED to print off, complete and hand
in to the assigned field director prior to the start of their first game an
Diamond State Baseball Waiver Release Roster. Teams will not be permitted
to start play without the completion of this Waiver. This Waiver is found once
teams complete the submission of their Event Roster (#4 above).
6. COPIES OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES - Each team's coach MUST keep copies of team
players birth certificates with him at the games at all times and be able to
present them upon request.
7. Baseball Player Association Membership - Each team participating in a Diamond State Baseball Official or Sanctioned event MUST be a licensed BPA member for that season. The season is from Jan 1 - Dec 31, the fee is due upon registration & participation in your teams 1st BPA event (Sanctioned or Official).

Tentative schedules will be posted on the website several days prior to the start of the event. Once a schedule becomes official changes will only be made based on weather, loss of field, or any unforeseen situation that would require such
